Time for another GoBiG meeting next week, on Tuesday the 27th. We have booked the conference room at the Endocrinology department once again, and will meet in the Endocrinology lunchroom at 15.00 to start with some cake and tea/coffee and then go on to the article discussion. The article discusses algorithms for mapping short read sequences, and I hope we can have a nice discussion about the pros and cons of the different methods.
