Consension
Consension – Consensus generation of OTU sequences from long-read sequencing amplicons
Johan Bengtsson-Palme, R. Henrik Nilsson, Christian Wurzbacher (2018)
Consension is a tool for generating high-quality consensus sequences for OTUs from amplicons sequences using long-read sequencing platforms, such as the NanoPore or PacBio sequencers. The software takes a DNA sequence alignment and a Mothur OTU table and generates consensus sequences for each OTU in the table. The software is written in Perl and has no other external dependencies (but requires a Mothur table as input).
