4. Genome sequencing

When annotating your newly sequenced genome, you encountered a protein with a 100% identical match to SVJ69283.1 in Klebsiella pneumoniae. Is it likely that you have sequenced a Klebsiella relative? And if not…. What could be wrong with it?
